Current and Continuing Projects
- Provide garden therapy in the form of plants, arrangements, holiday crafts, or global designs to nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, or retirement centers in our area.
- Membership recruitment and community education at the City of Lake Forest Park’s Annual Earth Smart Green Fair.
Past Projects
- Promote civic beautification by completing and maintaining the east garden at the Shoreline Historical Museum. The club’s work on this project was aided by Shell PETALS (Protect the Environment Through Action Learning and Service) Grants.
- Promote water conservation by converting the Shoreline Historical Museum’s front garden into a water-wise garden filled with drought-tolerant plantings.
